This chocolate banana langue de chat holds a rich banana sweet cream sandwiched in between two crispy chocolate biscuits. Langue de chat literally means "Cat's Tongue" in French and gets its namesake from its original shape that resembles the tongue of a cat. In Japan, however, it is commonly baked into a square butter cookie with a white chocolate filling. This fruity twist on the langue de chat is a fun update to one of our favorite styles of cookie!
