This selection was made by Michelin-starred chef Chikara Sono for our Memories of Hokkaido box in 2018. As one of Hokkaido’s most beloved snacks, we had to bring it back! The rye, rice, and corn puff biscuit highlights threel Hokkaido specialties. This cookie is finished with a smooth white chocolate coating (another thing Hokkaido is known for) and a sprinkling of tart, crushed freeze-dried raspberries.
