We curate chips almost every month, but this was our first time creating an original Bokksu chip flavor. After multiple rounds of research and feedback, we landed on ume plum. Packed in original Bokksu packaging, these chips, which were a true team effort, are the perfect balance of sour and salt in each crisp bite.
