These unique chips are made with slices of umami-rich eringi (King Oyster Mushroom). Seasoned with butter and soy sauce, this chip’s delicate mushroom flavor greets you at the end of each bite. Though the slices of mushroom seem thick, they’re surprisingly light and have a satisfying crunch. The eringi mushroom is popular in Japan for its meaty stem and is a great substitute for meat in vegetarian dishes! It’s delicious when sauteed or grilled, but we think this tasty chip is our favorite way to enjoy eringi.
