A little zesty from the yuzu peels, this little snack is a quintessentially Japanese jelly. Surrounded in a thin edible rice paper to keep your fingers from getting too sticky, you’ll be stuck on just how full of flavor you’ll be after trying this. The yuzu found in this jelly are special to Mizuo, a small village where legend has it, yuzu was first produced over 1000 years ago! Yuzu from Mizuo would be offered to the Imperial Palace in Kyoto. Don’t be jelly, now you can feel like royalty too!
