Ruby chocolate is the latest luxury chocolate to coat our favorite Japanese Kit Kats. Ruby chocolate was first created in 2017 and is made from unfermented ruby cocoa beans. This gives the chocolate a naturally pinkish color and fruity flavor. These minis feature nuts and cranberries mixed in with the chocolate, all around a bite-sized wafer.
