We are so excited to be bringing you an authentic version of one of our favorite street-foods:taiyaki! Taiyaki is a fish-shaped pastry, usually filled with a red bean (anko) or custard filling. They’re usually served hot and fresh from the stall, but we think this mini version is a pretty good equivalent! The smooth anko filling is sweet, but is balanced well by the cake-like outside (converting even red bean skeptics, we hope!).
