Dashiis a classic Japanese staple. This soup stock or broth is heavily used in Japanese cuisine to add umami. It is popularly used as a base for miso and many other soups. This agesen’s use of dashi gives it a gravitas not always found in rice crackers. This wonderfully crunchy and fluffy snack is a delicious umami-bomb rarely found in the snack aisle.
