This snack has a lot going on. First off, there are two components: the seaweed tempura fried to thin crispy sheets, and the shrimp chips flavored with seasonal sakuraebi shrimp. Both are then seasoned with a tangy mixture of ume (plum) and red shiso, aka perilla. It’s such a light and savory snack that we just kept reaching for more!
