Directions:

Boil plenty of water (about 10 times the amount of dried noodles to be boiled) in a pot.
Put the noodles in the pot of boiling water and boil them for about 2 minute without touching them, then boil them for about 7~8 minutes while loosening them with chopsticks.
After boiling, remove the noodles to a colander and rinse well in cold water before use.

Boiling time is a rough guide, so please adjust it to your preference.
