Toasty and rich, this tea sourced from Nagoya is the best way to wind down after a busy day.Hojicha is made by slow roasting green tea leaves, which reduces the caffeine content and produces deliciously nutty, earthy flavors. This tea turns a beautiful reddish-brown chestnut color when fully brewed, and longer steeping allows for a nuttier, more complex flavor.
