Brewing Instructions:

• Sakura Latte: Pour 100 ml of hot water over 3 tea spoons (8g) of the powder. Stir well with a spoon and enjoy. For a cold brew version, use 20ml of hot water first and then add 80ml of cold water.
• Sakura Green Tea: Add teabag to 6oz of hot water and steep for 1 minute or to taste. Each tea bag can be re-used for 2-3 cups of tea.
• Sweet Sakura Hojicha Tea: Warm a cup in advance, add the tea bag and 200ml of hot water, and steep for 2 minutes. enjoy!
• Sakura Matcha: Add 1 tsp of powder to a cup with 250ml of hot water. Stir well to avoid lumps, or sift the matcha into the cup first.
• Sweet Sakura Tea: As a tea: Warm a cup in advance, add cherry blossoms and 100ml of hot water, and steep for 1 minute. You can also add these blossoms to light alcohols like white wine or sake to infuse them with sakura flavor or add them to baked sweets and jellies for a special treat.
• First Flush Green Tea: Using hot water (80-90C/180-190F) steep the tea bag for at least 30 seconds or to taste. The maker recommends not using boiling water, as the high temperature can result in a bitter flavor.
