Lemon and salt are a combination we’ll get behind any day. The lemon juice sharpness and addicting saltiness of these rice crackers keep us reaching for more. These rice crackers have a sturdy crunch and are a little more on the dense side than some other crackers we’ve included this month. Okaki are made with glutinous rice that has been pounded into mochi and fried. One bag of these can be pretty filling, but if you’re like us, you won’t be able to stop yourself from eating the whole thing in one go!
