Dear Bokksu Members,
As many of you may have heard by this time, Japan has been experiencing very intense weather conditions, with typhoons hitting the country repeatedly from August through October.
Due to this, Japan is experiencing extensive postal service delays. In the beginning of September, Typhoon Jebi made landfall causing massive damage due to heavy rain and flooding. Our shipping warehouse and Kansai International Airport (the departure point of our boxes to customers around the world) are both located in Osaka, one of the areas hit hardest by the typhoon.
While we rerouted boxes from Osaka, these shipments have been delayed due to the influx of shipments rerouted from areas affected by the severe weather. Consequently, these weather conditions may affect delivery of your upcoming Bokksu order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and truly appreciate your patience as we work to get your shipment to you.
Thank you for your understanding.
